GLMetrics installs as a standard server-side mod. The server won't crash if started without a serverUUID — it's safe to boot first and configure second.

Create an account at app.glogic.cloud, register your server to obtain your ServerUUID, then subscribe via Steam Workshop.

Configure as server mod

Add GLMetrics to your server mods list. Start once and let it fully load, then shut down — this writes the initial Config.json.

Paste serverUUID & launch

Edit profile/Config.json, set "serverUUID" to your server's UUID, then start the server. GLMetrics is now live.

What is GameLogic?

Game Logic is a game server management platform that allows you to easily manage your game servers for DayZ. With GameLogic, you can easily create, configure, and monitor your game servers from a user-friendly dashboard.

Can I use GLMetrics on a monetized server?

Yes - IF provided the server operates in full compliance with the Bohemia Interactive DayZ EULA. Commercial resale, redistribution, or integration into paid products is strictly prohibited.

Will the server crash if I forget to set the Server UUID?

No. The server will start normally without a configured serverUUID. It is safe to perform the initial boot before pasting your serverUUID into Config.json.

Is GLMetrics compatible with my other mods?

GLMetrics is designed to be compatible with the majority of DayZ server-side mods. Due to variability across configurations and load orders, compatibility cannot be universally guaranteed — please test in a staging environment first.

Do I need to restart the server to change settings?

No. GLMetrics settings are adjusted live through the Game Logic web application. Configuration changes take effect in real time, minimising downtime.

Where is gameplay data stored?

Data is partly retained locally on the server under profile/GLMetrics/Logs and mpmissions/.../storage_1/GLMetrics, and securely transmitted to the Game Logic REST API for use in the web application.
